Core5

Five modules, one desk.

Calendar, Focus, Mail, Projects and Tasks — sharing a single space instead of living in five separate apps. Native on macOS and iPhone.

CalendarYour week, and what it costs
FocusThe day, and a timer
MailA split inbox that learns
ProjectsThe work, mapped
TasksWhat is actually left

What it connects to

Core5 works on top of the accounts you already have. Google Calendar, Gmail and Google Tasks sync both ways, so anything you change here shows up on your phone and anything you change there shows up here. Claude can connect to Core5 as well, and read your work with your own permissions.

Where your data lives

Your tasks and projects are stored in your own account, encrypted in transit and at rest. The keys to your Google account never leave your device — they are held in the system keychain, not on a server. There is no analytics, no tracking and no advertising in Core5, and your data is never sold or used to train anyone's models.

The details are in the privacy policy.

Core5 is in private development. It is not yet available to download. If you would like to know when it is, write to contact@core5app.com.
